Frank Gilson, DCBrockton
While driving a UPS truck for several years in Washington D.C., Dr. Gilson developed severe back pain and was in constant pain. He was unable to continue playing sports and work was difficult. HIs doctor recommended seeing a chiropractor. Once he consulted a chiropractor, they relieved his pain, and he got his life back!
That is when Dr. Gilson decided to become a chiropractor himself. He wanted to help others who felt pain like he had. Dr. Gilson enrolled in Life Chiropractic College West located in Haywood, California and upon graduating from Life West in 1998, he began working in a private practice located in San Francisco’s Mission District. In 2005, he achieved his dream of opening my own pain relief center.
During his time in San Francisco, Dr. Gilson saw multiple injuries related to sports and was the club chiropractor at a few different gyms over the years. There were also many families with children of all ages who came through his practice because of car accidents.
As a chiropractor, he specializes on not just the symptoms, but the root cause of the symptoms. For example, a new mother always carrying her baby on one side of her body, or an athlete not stretching enough, and so on.
Dr. Gilson came back to MA to be with family. When not in the office, he loves to be a “Great Uncle” and spend time with his nephews, nieces, and their children. He has enjoyed working and getting to know his patients in the Brockton clinic and developing relationships with them and the local community.
